Forte Apps ("we") built Hoops Heroes. This policy explains what information the app and website collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account (optional) — email and password if you create an account for cloud save / leaderboards.
• Gameplay — scores, run results, character name, and preference settings you choose in-game.
• Device / diagnostics — basic technical data needed to run the service (for example request logs). We do not sell personal data.

How we use information

• Operate the game, leaderboards, and cloud save
• Respond to support requests
• Improve stability and prevent abuse

Storage

Local progress may be stored on your device. Optional account data is stored on our game servers. Session cookies may be used when you sign in on the web.

Third parties

Apple may process purchase and analytics data according to Apple's privacy policy when you use the App Store / TestFlight. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the current release.

Your choices

You can play without creating an account. To delete an account or request data removal, email [email protected].

Children

Hoops Heroes is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have done so.
